Jeder hat seinen eigenen Grund eine Stadt zu lieben. Für mich ist es das Gefühl, das die Stadt an einem Markttag verbreitet. Pulsierendes Leben, viele nette kleine Geschäfte und Cafe’s – kurzum – Flanieren, eine Kleinigkeit essen und auch ein wenig shoppen – ein idealer Samstag Vormittag!
Ein für mich ganz besonders Geschäft ist Heerlijk chocolade. Eine leckere Tasse Kaffe und dazu 1,2,3,…… Pralinen! Der Tag ist gerettet!
Groningen, capital of the eponymous province in the northern part of Holland, is a lively city that has much to offer in terms of culture and events, beautiful historic monuments like the Martini Tower, great shopping districts for a wonderful shopping spree, and excellent restaurants. Groningen should definitely be on your to-do list!

Everybody has it’s own reason to love a city. For me it is the feeling Groningen shows on a saturday market day – just a little shopping in one of the little shops, walking over the market or having a bit to eat or drink. An ideal saturday morning!
One of the shops I’ll visit every time is Heerlijk chocolade. A hot coffee and 1,2,3…..pieces of handmade choclade! The day will be wonderful!
